Mega-Marathon Man...

Kevin has become known as the Mega-Marathon Man.
"Do you want to rest?" No.
"Ready to go again?" Yes.
"Can you do more?" Yes.

The resistance is up to 10, this is to build endurance and cardio.

Strengthening those walking muscles.

  1. It's weird what comes to mind during times like this but I remember when Kevin and I were freshman at SS and had the leather Jim Thorpe helmets. Kevin had short legs back then but that didn't keep him from staying behind. He stayed up with everyone and at end of practices, we were trying to keep up with him. Go 41. We're cheering for you.
