Rehab Day Two...

Kevin walked an 1100 feet marathon in one session with the PT then worked on standing balance. My job is to walk the full length mirror in front of him to get him looking up and walking straight. He did well reading words with the speech therapist, answering questions, practicing counting. I am anxious to load some apps she recommends. OT helps teach getting dressed and did some visual/fine motor spatial orientation work . He enjoyed so many family visits. They are my cheerleaders too! Night games were war and connect 4. He quite enjoys winning, of course being a Miyasaki! Today Sunday  therapy is lighter  with just a half hour OT and 1 hour PT. When we have a break we like to sing read practice words. Just found out about an exercise OT group now at 11. We are headed there. Kevin is always ready for more. Of course, because he is Kevin❤️ He says much of our food prayer now on his own. No LDS services today because of the Provo city temple dedication. We will have our own devotional. We are feeling The miracle of all your prayers.
Love, Cindy
